Following an extensive investigation by the Platte County Sheriff’s Office, a man has been charged with the January 10 shooting death of Dennis Sharkey on I-29 in Platte County. Ruslan Huseynov has been charged with second degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action.
