The terminal at Kansas City International Airport was evacuated for about two hours Sunday after a bomb threat was received.
According to the Kansas City Aviation Department, a call was received Sunday morning reporting possible explosives inside the terminal and a nearby parking garage. Both were cleared for an investigation, with air traffic halted and Interstate 29 closed at the airport while police and the FBI investigated.
The threat was later determined not to be credible and no explosives were found. The airport received the all clear by early afternoon on Sunday.
