North Platte picked up a pair of wins on Monday, Sept. 17 in a triangular at South Holt High School in Oregon, Mo.

The Panthers beat South Holt and Mound City in straight sets to improve to 8-6 on the season and in the process surpassed the combined win totals (6) of the past two seasons.

North Platte beat South Holt 25-13 in both matches, after needing three sets to beat the Knights earli-er this year in Dearborn. McKenzie Brockhoff had nine kills, while Maddy Cheadle paced North Platte in assists (10) and digs (4), sharing that honor with Frankie Davis. Brianna Bridger and Emily Westwood had one block each.
