Platte City celebrates fall

The third annual Main Street Festival, formerly Sample the City, was held on Thursday, Sept. 26 in Platte City. Vendors set up shop on Main Street for activities for the family. Food trucks as well as beer and wine stations were available and Outlaw Jim & the Whiskey Benders performed for two hours. The event was co-sponsored by the city and the Platte City Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Council.
