Riverside police are investigating an apparent shooting in the city which occurred over the weekend.
Just after midnight on Saturday, Jan. 24, Riverside police responded to multiple 911 calls about gunfire at a residence on the 5100 block of Goodman Street.
Upon arrival, Riverside officers located a 29-year-old Riverside resident suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Immediate medical aid was rendered, and the victim was transported to an area hospital. As of Saturday, the victim was in critical but stable condition.
Riverside police are currently investigating this incident.
